I am an Assistant Professor at the Indian School of Business. I completed my PhD in Strategy from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. My research interests are corporate strategy and innovation. I am keenly interested in how firms create and extract value from their inventions. In my job market paper, I examine differences in the value of domestic versus overseas inventions. My current research investigates the role of global talent in shaping firm innovation and performance.
Before joining the PhD program, I worked in a research think tank in India. My work there focused on innovation policy in India and involved interviewing policymakers and business managers for several projects that inspired my research interests.
